Prince of the enological resurgence of Sicily, the Nero d’Avola is a very important native varietal. Initially found in Siracusa, it is now found in all of the winemaking areas of the island.
These wines are full expressions of a modern Sicily, that is respectful and strongly linked to the beautiful traditions of its past but reinterprets them with a contemporary elegant flair.
The very essence of Barone d’Albius’s philosophy is reproduced in the design of the label, where the curving shape of the land blends with the pattern of the ceramics in a perfect representation of the Sicilian soul.

This line of wines is born from the great passion of Totò, aka Barone d’ Albius, for vines and ceramics, that for him are the highest expressions of Sicilian art and ethos.

The Barone d’Albius Rosato is produced exclusively from Nero d’Avola grapes, a variety cultivated in hilly vineyards.
It is a fresh, elegant and pleasant wine.
A varietal native to Sicily, the Grillo is the most famous white varietal on the island and was historically used for production of Marsala.
